You CANNOT:

Win or lose real money
Deposit or withdraw real funds
Convert virtual currency to real money
Engage in real gambling of any kind

FakeBet is NOT a gambling application and is NOT affiliated with any sportsbook, casino, or gambling service. The odds and outcomes displayed are for entertainment only and should not be used for real betting decisions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FakeBet ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FakeBet. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not use FakeBet.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

4. Virtual Currency

FakeBet uses virtual coins ("Coins") that:

Have no real-world monetary value
Cannot be exchanged for real money
Are provided for entertainment only
May be purchased via in-app purchases
Are non-refundable once purchased
May be modified, reset, or removed at our discretion

        Important: Virtual currency purchases are final. We do not guarantee the perpetual availability of virtual currency or any particular balance.
      

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases for virtual currency and subscription services. By making a purchase, you agree that:

All sales are final and non-refundable
Prices may change without notice
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
You are responsible for all charges

Refund requests should be directed to the app store where you made the purchase (Google Play or Apple App Store).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
Use automated systems or bots
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Impersonate others or provide false information
Interfere with the App's operation
Reverse engineer or decompile the App
Use the App for real gambling or betting

7. Intellectual Property

All content in FakeBet, including but not limited to graphics, logos, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. Sports team names, logos, and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

The Odds API for sports odds data
Firebase for authentication and data storage
RevenueCat for subscription management
AdMob for advertising

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Accuracy of odds or sports information
Availability of any particular feature
Preservation of virtual currency balances

USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF VIRTUAL CURRENCY, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FakeBet, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and any virtual currency in your account may be forfeited.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
