Children's Privacy

FakeBet is intended for users aged 18 and older due to simulated gambling content. We do not knowingly collect information from minors under 18. If you believe we have collected information from someone under 18, please contact us immediately.

Advertising & Ad Consent

FakeBet shows ads to free-tier users through Google AdMob. If you are located in the EU/EEA, Brazil, or a regulated US state, you will be asked to choose whether ads may be personalized based on your interests when you first launch the app.

You can review or withdraw your ad consent at any time:

• In-app: Settings → Privacy → Ad Preferences
• Online: fakebet.app/privacy-choices
• Google's ad settings: adssettings.google.com

Choosing non-personalized ads means you will still see ads, but they will not be tailored to your interests. To remove ads entirely, upgrade to FakeBet+ or FakeBet VIP in the app.

Our app uses the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat - In-app purchase management
• Expo - Push notifications and app updates
• The Odds API - Sports odds data
